I was really hoping for a great experience at this resort spa, but it fell short in a few areas. While the natural beauty surrounding the resort is stunning, there were definitely some drawbacks with the room's amenities and service. I found the staff to be very helpful, which I appreciated, but the lack of essentials really impacted the overall experience. If they improve on a few things, it could be an awesome place to stay.
